Description
Informal district or area in East-bank Dargon. Theoretically, the area from which the ocean (rather than the river) is visible. In practice, everyone has their own idea about where exactly it is. Thus, there is no bureacratic meaning for the term but many folks know whether or not they're in Oceanview
